Flats in Mars Hill Crossroads

'Highly recommend! Great host very accommodating and very responsive! Will definitely be ba k. Very clean and great location!'

'The first thing I noticed when I walked in around 3 AM the day I arrived, was the smell of ammonia or urine. After inspecting the place, I noticed there was dust, dirt and grime all over...especially the upper level which contains the two bedrooms and bathrooms. There were no area rugs near the sofa or dining table as it was pictured in the photos online. 'Looks nice in the pictures, but furniture is all for show! The neighborhood was sketchy, there was a lot missing, the cleaning crew missed so many things. We found the following: ⁃ Towel that had long hairs entwined in it. ⁃ Towel with a booger encrusted on it ⁃ A bandaid stuck to the window ledge ⁃ A pair of dirty shorts at the head of the bed ⁃ Bathrooms dirty ⁃ Some trash in trash can ⁃ Dirty toilet - Dirty washcloths VRBO is cool when you’re going somewhere touristy, but I have...

'Needs some care outside the front and back of house. We purchased a curtain for the backdoor and left it there. On arrival, the smoke detector had been taken down and thrown outside of the house There were 2 dirty pans in oven These things were annoying . Otherwise the house was an OK place to stay.'

'The room was perfect for our stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Communication was a 10! Wish we were able to enjoy getting in the pool, it was closed because of the city, not because of the property. We were able to sit around the pool and it was nice. There are many places to eat at within walking distance. The covered parking is a plus!! Would stay here again.'

'Friendly and responsive property manager'

'Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We ran into a small snag at the gate when we arrived, but Matthew was very responsive and had the issue resolved quickly. Matthew was a wonderful host, and I would highly recommend his condo. The condo is also pet friendly, but a small deposit is requested. In the end, we decided not to bring our pet. One suggestion for future guests who are coffee drinkers, be...
