'The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.'

'Overall experience was good for 1st stay. Checkin was very easy even though I arrived close to 10pm. Staff is very friendly! The room is good size for what i needed. Not much to choose on tv. Their gym is very small, but i did get a decent workout in.nice pool with a good view.Close by walking is several fast food restaurant's and a 12 minute walk to the SM Mall is easy to do. Check out was fast and simple. I'll definitely stay again, because my main reason is the hotel is close walk to Florida...
