'This is a “Love Motel”. You can rent rooms by the hour. I gave them an extra 500 pesos to let me in early and as soon as I realized where I was I grabbed my luggage and left. Unfortunately you can’t speak with anyone at Expedia to complain and request your money back so I lost $140 USA.'

'I stayed here before but things are getting really bad here. The room was dirty and smelly. Service is getting bad as well. I stayed here because its near the family of my wife. That would be the only reason to select this hotel because there is nothing to see or do in Malabon and far away from anything interesting. I will not stay here again.'

'Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate '

'Room is clean!!! Have a strong AC!! my daughter sleeps well. Also, the 7-Eleven connected to the hotel is a lifesaver - no more venturing out for a quick snack or essential item! I have a great stay with my family. Thank you'

'Had a 3 night stay at this hotel, the staff is very polite and well trained. Breakfast buffet offers a good diversity of Asian and European dishes and the kitchen works hard to keep up the pace. The housekeeping left us cute towel art on our beds every day, we loved it. Location is pretty far away from makati and the airport so with the always terrible traffic (between 8am and 19pm) it will take you about 1,5 hour to get to makati with the taxi.
