'Didn’t like staff service, unclean room, clogged bathroom sink, noisy and old air condition and surroundings.'

'I stayed here before but things are getting really bad here. The room was dirty and smelly. Service is getting bad as well. I stayed here because its near the family of my wife. That would be the only reason to select this hotel because there is nothing to see or do in Malabon and far away from anything interesting. I will not stay here again.'

'We spent was amazing the night before government appointment. The staff was excellent and it was exceptionally clean. We ordered food twice and it was delicious. Will stay again on next trip.'

'Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate '

'Wi-Fi did not work. USB port did not work. Ac was very noisy. Was moved to another room in a higher floor and finally got wifi. USB ports once again did not work. Had to get an extension cord and plug it behind the tv to charge phone '

'Had a 3 night stay at this hotel, the staff is very polite and well trained. Breakfast buffet offers a good diversity of Asian and European dishes and the kitchen works hard to keep up the pace. The housekeeping left us cute towel art on our beds every day, we loved it. Location is pretty far away from makati and the airport so with the always terrible traffic (between 8am and 19pm) it will take you about 1,5 hour to get to makati with the taxi. 'Great staff All very friendly. The security staff always looked to help and one of the ladies even offered to carry my bag down the stairs even though I am much bigger and did not take her up on it. Very sweet, the check in people, the greeters at breakfast, the guy at the omelet station hooked me up with great food made to order and the bakery made great bread and snacks. Big variety at breakfast. Always fresh fruit, yogurt, various Filipino options and traditional American options, usually...

'If I could rate zero I would. Arrived late from airport. Gate was closed. Rang doorbell for 10 minutes but no one opened. It may be cheap but don't waste your money and your time. It is also a shady area with few streetlights. How others gave good ratings are beyond me.'

'The hotel has been nicely remodeled and the rooms are clean and well appointed. There’s nothing else in terms of amenities - no restaurant, cafe, or anything else - but there are plenty available in the neighborhood. I would stay there again, but would request a room not overlooking the road. The traffic noise just can’t be blocked out. I had to change rooms after a noisy first night, but the staff were very gracious about it.'
