'Excellent, roomy property in a central location that makes it easy to enjoy Hollywood, Museum Row, and other great spots. It’s not walking distance to these places, but it’s just a short drive or rideshare away. The room was well appointed and included a small kitchen with nice appliances. 'The place is nice and modern looking from the outside, though the actual building and everything inside is cheap. First, the walls are thin—we were on the first floor and heard EVERYTHING upstairs, and full conversations next to our windows outside in the morning. It was difficult to fall asleep, while being woken up early in the morning everyday. 'We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying.'
