Huisdiervriendelijke hotels in Mallorca

'Purtroppo abbiamo usufruito dell'alloggio per pochissime ore: il nostro volo è arrivato con estremo ritardo e la mattina successiva dovevamo ripartire presto. Quando siamo arrivati in camera siamo rimasti letteralmente a bocca aperta! La camera era arredata in maniera "rustica" ma lussuosa. Era enorme, oltre al letto comodissimo (in cui abbiamo dormito divinamente), c'era anche un divano, una scrivania e un armadio a muro. Anche il bagno era grandissimo: due lavandini, vasca, doccia enorme e wc...

'The location of the hotel in Old Town is excellent. Near La Seu and La Lotja in the centre with shops nearby. Lovely hotel with kind people, a beautiful room with terrace and a tasteful breakfast. We'll definitely come back to this gem! '

'The hotel was nice. The showers head was too small and old, we suggest improving it. The breakfast was not very good, the eggs were too salty every day and the fruit seemed it was not freshly cut. '

'Terrible customer service at reception. We arrived from 24 hours of travelling at 1am. They refused to give us a room because it was booked under a different company. I showed them my booking through Expedia with full payment at least they could have done is let us have the room and then sort it out in the morning. 1hr later, speaking with Expedia customer service until 2am they gave us the room. Advice to reception just be a human.'
