"J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel, pour le cadre, avec un coté mer et coté montagne. L'endroit d'où est situé l'hôtel est calme. Le personnel était accueillant et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Les services proposés étaient très bien dans l'ensemble. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, les buffets étaient très bon en général. Pour la chambre, c'était propre et le lit était agréable. Si je devais donner un conseil, c'est au niveau du parking, je trouve que pour un hôtel de ce standing, ca serait bien d'avoir un parking spacieux. Sinon, j'étais enchanté de mon séjour dans l'ensemble."

"Mooi en groot hotel, mooi uitzicht op de baai al is de straat ertussen wel een domper voor kamers met zeezicht . Door annulatie vlucht kwamen we een dag te laat aan waardoor ik wel verwacht had ( nacht betaald zonder aanwezigheid) -ondanks het feit dat dat hun verantwoordelijkheid niet is natuurlijk- hier toch 1 of andere commerciële geste van het hotel gekregen te hebben maar deze bleef uit . Het hotel personeel was niet bijzonder vriendelijk … ook van de tot twee keer toe lang op voorhand gevraagde kamer op een hoger verdiep kwam niks in huis .. jammer … had me als klant toch beter gewaardeerd gevoeld mocht hier rekening mee gehouden zijn, zeker gezien de situatie … voor de rest prima ontbijt, wel iedere dag identiek , mooie ruimte en goede mooie kamers … stoelen aan zwembad baai lagen snel vol"

"Heerlijk verblijf mooie kamer. We waren vroeg en konden gelijk ontbijten. Na ontbijt mochten we al naar onze kamer. Vriendelijk personeel Heerlijk eten 🍽️ ontbijt en diner was heel goed. Spa ook top. Enige jammer aan de spa met en zonder badkleding."

"Het ontbijtbuffet was heel uitgebreid en lekker! Kamer was klein maar perfect in orde, hygiëne was niets op aan te merken. Personeel was ook super vriendelijk."

"Hotel had a good location, near by the sea, shops and restaurants and it felt safe. Pools were clean which was nice. Cleaning service comes by everyday but they once forgot to change the dirty towels and they don’t change the sheets. Also the walls and doors are so thin you hear a lot from outside of your room. The check in/out was very easy and the service was nice. "
