The property is comprised of three buildings containing four apartments which are not internally connected (two units in the first building, 1 in the second and the fourth is a small independent house). Guests can gather together in the large communal room which has a beautiful kitchen, living room with TV area (satellite TV with complete SKY channel package) and a bathroom with shower.
There are many outdoor areas on the property that are furnished for outdoor dining and complete with a barbecue and wood-burning oven.
The area where Villa Poggiospinoso is found is very interesting to explore; it is just a few kilometres from Arezzo and the main Tuscan sights are easily reached by car. The splendid region of Umbria is also very close by and without a doubt deserves a visit.

First floor: double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, bedroom with French bed (suitable size for two children or one adult), bathroom with bathtub, twin bedroom.
