Thoughtfully appointed with 1 separate guest room1, a full bathroom, and an extra queen bed in the vast common space. The Outdoor Courtyard is a shared space with other units in the building, but offers ample entertainment options like a putting green, grill, and sitting area!

Outstanding space thoughtfully renovated and perfect for your stay! Beautiful exposed brick and historic vibes in an incredible location!

Shops, dining, Drinks & Nightlife - extremely walkable!

Parking: There is no dedicated off street parking, but there is street parking directly outside your front door. It's free all along the street with no limitations. First come first serve.

Nice apartment

Very cute apartment. Well stocked with essentials. My suggestion would be add a stand up mirror or a second one in another location through the apartment since there is only one bathroom. Very clean. Adorable courtyard that my kids loved. The biggest negative for us - VERY loud location. Sounds like a car is going to come through the window at night. Kids were waking up all throughout the night. Bar fight across the street was loud enough to wake me up. Take a sound machine!

Great stay, great communication

The property is very nice and communication with the host was outstanding. We enjoyed our stay, and it is close to everything. The rental has beautiful, exposed brick and is very welcoming. Stairs are steep for access, but it's an older building and is expected. The only issue is something the property and host have no control over which is the noise from the street after midnight. The pizza place stays open until 5a.m. and people on the street can be loud. A box fan could be used to drown out the outside atmosphere. However, this should not be a stopper as the host and property a set to make the guest(s) feel welcomed and relaxed.

3 easy fixes to improve stay!

All good except:1. Toilet seat was broken and falling off2. Duvet covers and decorative pillows on beds were dirty with white marks on them. 3. Towels were stained. Gross. Everything else was good. Igive a 5 star if these bqsic easy fixes were done.

Great Place in Louisville!

We stayed 3 nights in this unit while visiting the bourbon trail. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with David was great. Only suggestion for VRBO listening is to include unit on second floor with flight of somewhat steep steps. May be an issue for some people.

Mother/Daughter Weekend

Loved it!!! Clean and spacious. Great location. Only negative …. Very loud and noisy on street at night (Friday and Saturday). People being very loud and lots of traffic. A lot of hustle and bustle during night hours as pizza place across from unit open until 5:00 a.m. Also, be aware, there are stairs to get up to this second floor unit. Important to know!!We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!
