Chalets in Oost-Louisiana

'The hotel needs some upgrade to the bathrooms and painting in the rooms'

'Definitely great service the food and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was nice and comfortable. Move service came, especially on time and if I had a problem, I could talk to the front desk manager who was a polite and delightful person to meet and understand and talk to snack snacks and microwave was good. Tea was good. Everything about my experience was amazing.'

'Great location, room and amenities. Very good breakfast included, and having a large room with so many amenities has been great for the price.'

'Once again, we love this property but would appreciate an earlier check in time.'

'Stayed here for Halloween night as it was very affordable. For the price difference we could have taken about 5 ubers to and back from downtown, which is only a 15-20 min drive. Quiet location, free parking. Didnt wake up in time for breakfast, but its free. We were checked in by Dawn who was very friendly and welcoming. '

'The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall....

'Dewanda was amazing! Super nice gave us the best attention during breakfast. Parking included, good breakfast and very clean.'

'Nice stay'

'Room was clean. Staff were very nice and friendly.'

'Nobody came and checked the room for trash, the lights kept flickering from bright to dim. The toilet was loose and there was a crack inside of the tub. The breakfast was a joke. There is also no phone in the room to call the front desk, so if you need anything you have to go to the front desk and wait for help.'

'No complaints from us, Riverside hotel was a great stay. The other reviews weren't lying.'
