'Our stay at Dusit was very relaxing after long days of travel and touring the city it was so lovely coming back to a refreshing clean room. The stay was so nice we went to HCM and Phu Quoc came back and wanted to stay here again. Hung Luu at check in was very respectful and helpful both times we stayed. As well as Tram Anh at breakfast was very pleasant and kind. I would give them 10/5 for hospitality and will always stay here if ever back in Hanoi '

'Great location close to west lake, wonderful way to stay im Hanoi. We felt close to the life of the city, all the amenities and not in the middle of the tourism chaos of the french quarter. Apartment was perfect and clean, lots of space. The security man was very sweet and helpful and always around to say hi '

'Easy to find. It is off the main road and onto alley way. You can access short cuts from multiple side streets. Place is immaculate clean tidy has everything you need. Close to cafes, minimart some restaurants. Things to note….when you book you need to contact them. Don’t wait for instructions to be sent to you. Contact through whats app. Because there is a gate and to get in then there is a code and to enter your room is different code and to get out of the gate is another code. You get the...

'Good rooms in a convenient location. Many international food options nearby. It was nice having a fridge and washing machine in my room. WiFi was spotty at times and the power did go out during my stay for over an hour. Not super soundproof but there are only a couple of rooms on each floor so it’s not a huge deal'

'The room is small and one of the staff members was extremely rude. Two 250 mL water bottles were provided for a day for 2 members. The breakfast options were also very limited. Would not recommend to foreigners, since the staff was especially rude to us. '
