'Amazing hotel ! 5 star in every way. We came as family of 5 and loved the room, pool (amazing view), gym, location and staff. Would definitely come back. '

'Good rooms in a convenient location. Many international food options nearby. It was nice having a fridge and washing machine in my room. WiFi was spotty at times and the power did go out during my stay for over an hour. Not super soundproof but there are only a couple of rooms on each floor so it’s not a huge deal'

'Our stay at Dusit was very relaxing after long days of travel and touring the city it was so lovely coming back to a refreshing clean room. The stay was so nice we went to HCM and Phu Quoc came back and wanted to stay here again. Hung Luu at check in was very respectful and helpful both times we stayed. As well as Tram Anh at breakfast was very pleasant and kind. I would give them 10/5 for hospitality and will always stay here if ever back in Hanoi '

'The place was very dirty. Layer of dust everywhere, rice cooking uncleaned, mirror had stains on it, mold in the ceiling of the washroom and the toilet bowl was barely holding on. The room itself is beautiful the build is great and the garden view is nice so it’s a shame they didn’t bother cleaning or hire someone better for cleaning. '

'I do not recommend booking here. The first room they put us in was filthy and full of mold. Dirty blankets, smelly pillows, and a disgusting yellow-stained duvet. The next day they moved us to another room, which looked fine at first. But when I returned that evening, I found mold throughout the room, a dirty toilet, someone else’s fake eyelashes in the bed, floors so dirty my socks turned black, dishes still covered in stickers, and a washer that smelled so bad it made me feel sick.
