Flats in San Diego Coast

'There is a house in front of the condo that does somewhat obstruct the view of the beach (see photos). There is new construction to the south of the unit that looks like it will be fairly tall but hard to know what impact that will have. Our host Nick was quick to respond when we had a couple of questions during the stay. The parking area is tight.
