Harlin Haus is a brand new ground level 2-bedroom luxury condo in downtown Leavenworth, Washington. It is fully (and beautifully) furnished and equipped for your family to experience all four of the seasons in the fascinating Bavarian Village.

The kitchen of Harlin Haus is decked out in a deep beautiful brown cabinetry with newer appliances. Prepare your meals here or take a short stroll further into town where you'll find fine dining restaurants.

The master suite has a king sized log-made bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom holds a comfortable queen sized bed for your accompanying guests. We allow up to 6 total people, but you'll have to throw the other two on the couches in the living room.

Speaking of the living room, cozy up at the end of the night in front of the gas fireplace. Throw in your favorite Blu-Ray or DVD and enjoy it on the oversized flat screen TV.

When booking any of our properties in the Bavarian Village, you'll have the chance to spend your vacation as if you're in the mountain villages of Old Europe. As it's right smack dab in the middle of Leavenworth, you won't miss out on any of the fun!

The Alpine theme of the Bavarian arts and history reflects all throughout town from the style of the buildings to the seasonal festivities that are ongoing throughout the year.

From the touristy shops to hand crafted meals served at the restaurants, you're bound to enjoy the beauty and spirit that the Bavarian Village has to offer.

During the Spring and Summer, you'll be able to enjoy the scenic views as well as the village events that are great for the warm weather. The Bavarian Maifest happens in May to celebrate Spring where wildflowers are blooming and the apple & pear blossoms are coming alive.

Autumn in the Bavarian Village means Oktoberfest for three weeks straight. The village fills with people coming together to celebrate all things BEER! Aside from the beer, there's nonstop live music, German foods, and arts & crafts.

Winter in the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth is quite the sight to see. You won't want to miss out on this spirited and unique village as it celebrates Christkindlmarkt. Throughout the village, there are Christmas Lighting Ceremonies as well as singing, dancing and tons of entertainment.

MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
