I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to...

'The small apartment is fine for one or two guests but the sofa bed can not be used a place to sleep a third or fourth person, The mattress is very thin and you feel all the metal bars of the frame. We had three people so had to switch the mattress' to sleep.'
