At the heart of a vineyard, on a hillside with a superb view of the Loire, the Athimon family welcomes you to an old independent winegrowers' house, surrounded by nature. Semi-enclosed private garden of 300 m².
Living room/living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed) with private shower room/wc, 1 bedroom accessible by 5 steps (1 140x200 bed + 2 90x200 bunk beds), shower room and separate WC.
Equip. extra: Wifi access, radio/CD, high chair/cot.
Included: heating by aerothermal energy and electricity.
Not included: sheets and towels. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (75€). 2 people maximum for professionals on the move.
Animals: €100 deposit.
Hiking trails at the foot of the gîte (GR3, Loire à Vélo...). St Florent le Vieil 30 km.
