I will start by saying that the house is set up very well for large groups with plenty of beds and space for sleeping, bathing, eating, and hanging out. I waited for two weeks to write this review, giving Vacasa plenty of time to contact me. When we left the cabin, I texted Vacasa stating that we had some concerns, and I would like to talk to someone instead of leaving a negative review. I was told that someone would reach out to us, but no one did. We reached out to Vacasa on the first full day because the garbage disposal did not work, and the sink backed up. The dishwasher backs up into the sink when it drains. No one came to fix it during our four day stay. The banister on the deck was loose and unsafe. It would be dangerous for children! There was a grill but there were no grilling utensils, which made burgers quite a mess. There were no trash bags at all except the one in the trash can, nor was there any dishwashing detergent. The couches and bed mattresses were pretty worn out. Vacasa was unresponsive and would rather have a negative review that reach out. I am very sad and will avoid any Vacasa properties in the future.
