The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a breakfast bar, makes meal preparation a breeze.
After a day of adventure, retreat to one of the three inviting bedrooms. The master suite offers a king bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the kid-friendly third bedroom is equipped with bunk beds. Things to Know
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.
Important HOA Requirements:
Specific requirements have been implemented by the community and city for the safety of guests and homeowners. Compliance with these requirements is mandatory for entrance and access to the neighborhood and home.
After booking, you will receive a short-term rental agreement, which must be signed and returned no later than one week before your arrival.
Additionally, guests are required to pay an HOA rental fee at least two days before check-in. A Late Filing Fee, of $100 will be applied for rentals not registered and paid for at a minimum of two (2) POA business days prior to the beginning of the rental period. The Hideout POA business days are Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The fee is based on the length of stay, as outlined below:
1-3 nights: $150
4-7 nights: $175
8-14 nights: $205
15-28 nights: $475

The community offers access to its amenities with prior notification. Guests will need to complete a form and pay the required access fee a few days before arrival. Detailed instructions will be provided.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are security cameras at the top of the garage door facing the driveway, at the door, and one on the deck that’s facing the street. There are no cameras inside the home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
