Don't trust Properties by Preston
Overall the stay was good, apartment was in a great location. Cleanliness on arrival was poor, had to wash all the bedding and the pillows were disgusting, wound up buying my own sheets and pillow. Maintenance was overlooked as well with a smoke alarm in pieces and a garbage disposal that took way to long to fix (couldn't use the dishwasher until that was resolved)Biggest disappointment was lack of integrity with Properties by Preston who managed the property. Before renting the apartment, I confirmed with them in writing that if a change in stay duration occurred that shortened the stay, as long as they had 14 days notice or more, they would refund unused day(s). Fast forward to the end of the rental, they have failed to uphold their commitment to refund me 3 nights I did not use despite giving more the 14 days notice. Moral, plan your dates carefully, they won't refund you unused days regardless of the notice you give them and don't believe them if they say they will.
