« This is a lodge in the middle of a fairytale. There is easy access to a lot of fun things to do from here. You are within walking distance to connected stores and getting something to eat. Overall, the staff was very courteous and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We didn't really have any complaints except for having to pay an extra fee for parking every night. « Room was great our fireplace wasn't working and unfortunately the only reason we went to keystone this weekend was to sit in front of the fireplace while a giant snow storm happened lol they tried their best to fix it multiple times but it just wouldn't work. They did offer to move us but at that point we were leaving on 12 hours so we just dealt. Appreciate them trying to do whatever to make us happy! »
