'Very clean, extremely comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Convenient assigned parking, nice pool. Very affordable condo for 2 couples to share. Had everything we needed for a long weekend in Key West. '

'We would have loved to stay in a beautiful guest house in Key West, but settled on this nice 3rd floor condo at a more affordable price near the airport. There were four of us for 2 nights. The kitchen had new appliances and countertops, and there was a new washer/dryer. The balcony was lovely, with table and chairs. The primary suite was spacious, but the second bedroom was cramped, and the mattress was too soft for us. The bathroom for the second bedroom had some issues that could be easily...

'We enjoyed the comfortable floor plan for two couples and the convenient parking. The condo is in need of some updating and repairs but was clean with comfortable beds. '

'My flight was cancelled out of Chicago Saturday which I accept. What wasn’t acceptable was how dirty the lobby, floor and general condition of the unit. The pool water was cloudy and had no sun. We left one day early due to being notified on Monday by text that pest control by the building was being done from noon until 2 Tuesday. Brought these issues to the owners with no resolution on their side. Happy to provide pictures.'

'This condo is close to the airport with its own parking spot under the building. Not walking distance to anything downtown, but UBERs are very easy to get and cheaper than parking downtown. Well maintained but starting to show its age. Overall was a great fit for what we wanted - which was a place to sleep when not fishing. '

'Overall - this house was a pleasant surprise - better than we expected. I think the pictures don’t do justice to it. The location is just fantastic - right on Duvall street - this alone made it worthwhile. Couple of minor things for the owner/manger to fix - the TVs are way too small (32”) for the size of the house and this day/age, and we could do with more dishes and utensils in the kitchen. And the door at the bottom of the stairs needs fixing right away - it makes a loud noise every time...
