We chose this condo for our 4 night stay in Key West for its relative proximity to the activities we'd be doing and for being a bit removed from the Duval Street busyness. Pre-arrival communication was fantastic, with Kim and Jennifer providing us all the information we needed. The unit is on the third of four floors and at the end furthest from traffic of the four units on the floor. Check in was seamless, with our door code provided before we arrived. Luggage carts are available to use and stored near the elevator. The elevator requires its own code to use, which adds to the security of the building. The unit itself is exactly as pictured in the photos - spacious, well stocked and clean. Yes, the building is well loved and there are some not so perfect parts to it, but you can tell this unit is loved and well taken care of. The only negative we found with cleanliness is the floors (all tile) left our feet grungy after walking around. I mentioned this to the owners and they said this is a common problem in the area and that they would add more frequent floor cleaning to their routine. We had all the kitchen supplies and towels we needed. Two bathrooms, even for our family of 3 was perfect. The pool area is very nice, with warm saltwater and a couple of floating chairs. Restaurant next door was great and quiet by quiet hours. We did have some rowdy neighbors, but again, the owners handled it as soon as we reached out. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this unit again!
