« I cannot believe you would include this property for ANYONE TO STAY AT. I WOULD LIKE A COMPLETE REFUND! IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE. POOL WAS A WRECK, NOT OPEN, NO F&B outlets of any kind. It was scary and I didn't feel safe, but had no other options. I have pictures! »

« The room was clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was difficult to understand, but friendly. We did not have breakfast. The property outside the building was very much in need of removing the cigarette butts and the bird poop. We would stay again if no other choice. »

« Hotel montel avec équipements (piscine et laundry) mais qui mériterait d’être mieux entretenus. Déco de la chambre vieillotte, moquette tachée et mauvaise odeur en entrant... mais propreté acceptable... Accueil acceptable. Par contre le petit déjeuner (salle et contenu) était très bien. Game low cost de Best Western mais ne vaut pas sa grande soeur !! Acceptable de passage... »

« The whole place seemed very clean. The staff was friendly and were extra sweet to our children. The breakfast offered had plenty of options. Things like yogurt and cereal were just fine. The fruit was decent quality. The eggs, sausage, and potatoes were lackluster, but they get the job done. Our favorite part was the pool and outdoor patio! It wasn't too cold and the kids had a wonderful time! We will be back again for sure! »

« Room is clean enough. Bed was pretty comfy. Check in staff polite. Breakfast and coffee were not great. Fine for a quick stop. »

« I was mortified by how unclean the room was. I had to go bye a broom and sweep the floor then I had to spray cleaner on the floor and mop it with a hand towel. I had to bye sheets and pillows because their sheets were put on a bed with dry pee puddles. The mattress is basically springs. There was mice droppings in the dresser. I used disinfectants to wipe everything off. We had to use comit and a magic eraiser to clean the bathtub. I also bought towels to use because their towels looked dirty....
