'My family and I stayed for 3 nights, 4 days. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms and common areas are immaculate, the amenities are great. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Emporia! Highly recommend.'

'My room was perfect... On the first floor, just inside the exterior door and I had my bicycle, so it was very convenient. Staff was very nice and helpful with eating places... Good choice!'

The rooms were nice, it’s been a few years since this was built but for the cost of the rental it was very good. We will stay here again. It wasn’t fancy, but was very adequate and affordable'

'Room had ancient carpet that reeked horribly of mold and who knows what else. It was also covered in nasty stains. No idea how this place has good reviews the pool has apparently been closed for years as well.'

'Nice and quiet. Looked like it’s a Family run business. Was hoping for a better breakfast selection. Maybe sausage or eggs. But not this time. They did have muffins and waffles as well as cereals.'

'The staff was very friendly. Our bathroom sink leaked and smelled of sewer. They couldn't fix it until the next day. One of the outlets on the bedside table lamp did not work.'

'For the price, it’s good. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was almost nonexistent though. They had a few honey buns, waffles with no toppings, orange juice, and coffee with no creamer. Property was well maintained but the walls were thin and I could hear everything in the hallways and neighboring rooms. Bathroom had basic hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner.'
