'Noise pollution can be improved'

'Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room and good food.'

'Close to shops and heritage street (10 min walk). One of the concierges, Sejun, helped us very good with information and transport. '

'Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again.'

'The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. There are many shops and amenities around this hotel. The hotel is still new. The problem I have encountered in this hotel were room Aircon was noisy when I turned to high volume. The other problem was when I tried to call the housekeeping nobody answered my call. 'Clean room'

'Just note that there is no fridge in the room.'

'The room is clean, aircon needs servicing. The bathtub is a hazard, its shaky and has detached from the wall. The location is great, right above KSL shopping. Great for short stay.'

'Keep it up!'

'We arrived and asked what our unit number and the password were but we had no idea because the property never sent us an email which they were supposed to beforehand. It took 30-40 min to figure out when we were very tired from the trip & Legoland. They never apologized.'

'Pillow was totally flat. Shampoo and Body Wash was not labelled.'

'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'Room clean and nice view and also near night market. Go others place very convient and call grab easy. Overall is fine.'
