'Clean room 👍👍👍👍👍 Staff friendly👍👍👍👍👍 Shop nearby 👍👍👍👍👍'

'Good location next to Southkey mall, convenient to shops. Staff are very friendly too. The hotel rooms have decent size but cleanliness can be better.'

'Clean room'

'The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. There are many shops and amenities around this hotel. The hotel is still new. The problem I have encountered in this hotel were room Aircon was noisy when I turned to high volume. The other problem was when I tried to call the housekeeping nobody answered my call. Even I called the operator also nobody pick up my call. Lastly when I called the reception. Also nobody pick up my call. So I am not sure whether are they having shortage of...

'Just note that there is no fridge in the room.'

'The room is clean, aircon needs servicing. The bathtub is a hazard, its shaky and has detached from the wall. The location is great, right above KSL shopping. Great for short stay.'

'Keep it up!'

'Room clean and nice view and also near night market. Go others place very convient and call grab easy. Overall is fine.'

'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Kamer moet wel gerenoveerd worden. Personeel was aardig.'

'Main Bathroom drainage is poor and have smelled of sewage. Insect like moth alike sticking on wall.'

'Very bad sound insulation, there was a street sweeper right under my window for hours around 2am till 4 am and it was so loud i could not sleep. Towels smelled very bad which I noticed after showering in the worst shower of my life, only boiling hot water or cold water no in between. I must thank my airline for rescheduling my flight so i could leave early out if this hell hole.'

'The bed were neatly tucked but the bathroom looks dirty and there is no air freshener in the room'

'Redelijk tot goed verblijf. De tweede etage is erg slecht voor ontvangst wifi en tv. Ben verhuisd naar de 1ste etage waar het beter ging. Geen ramen in het midden gedeelte. Op de kamer zelf kan wel wat onderhoud plaatsvinden. Stoel kapot, afdekplaatje wastafel weg, deur kast sluit niet goed. Erg rommelig ontbijt, weinig Westerse gasten. Zoals ik zei redelijk tot goed.'

'room generally ok but cupboard inside got some dirty tissues uncleaned '

'We checked in at around 6:00 PM. The digital lock was not very sensitive, so some patience was needed before successfully unlocking the door. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Towels were provided, but guests need to bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste. The environment and cleanliness were excellent — the space was spacious, neat, and well-maintained. Before checkout, at around 9:00 AM+, we heard someone attempting to open the main door, which was a bit concerning. There is a...

'골프 플레이시간이 오전8시라서 다른호텔에서 숙박을하고 골프장으로 가려니 시간이 빠듯해서, 저녁숙박을 폰데로사 리조트로 정하고 숙박후 아침에 준비해서 골프를 치디가 중간에 체크아웃을 함. 매우 만족함'

'Location was good! No telephone in the room to communicate No water at all No cattle to boil water I think no clean system till check out'
