« The place was clean, and I really liked that it had two beds and two bathrooms, which made it very convenient for our stay.There are a few updates that would make the experience even better. The unit could benefit from new curtains or blackout shades, as the current window coverings don't provide much privacy and allow quite a bit of sunlight in during the morning, making it difficult to sleep in.The exterior of the building could also use some improvements, as it appears a bit dated....

« Loved the beach »

« We were told that there were quite a few things included in the stay that we quickly found out were broken. We bought food to put in the fridge (that the listing said the unit had) only to find out it was frozen over and covered in mold. We alerted the host of this and he only responded that he could call housekeeping. He never responded to our issue of losing the food we purchased. There was also a beach umbrella in the unit that was completely broken so we were forced to rent one for the week....

« Coconuts was a beautifully kept property. Our unit was newly renovated and steps from the beach. Pool was clean and usually empty, very well kept. I understand the need for the door alarm given the proximity to the pool but the outside switch would never shut it off if you entered that way. « Our stay at this beachside cottage on Anna Maria Island was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a rental and more like a true home away from home. « Close to the water but not on the water like one of the pics make you think. You can’t even see the water from the room. Pics were deceiving. You can’t see anything from the room except fence. Room and property was clean. Walls are paper thin and could hear the people in the room next to me talking. You could things being moved around in the rooms. »

« The property was excellent. Located just a few steps away from the beach and close to everything you could need at a walking distance. It was clean and the host was very communicative, and even kindly let us rinse off at the outdoor shower after having gone to the beach, although we had already checked out.
