'The property had everything I needed, highly recommend!'

'Our stay was a great experience. Maria was a super host. It was very clean and comfortable inside the condo. The kitchen was well equipped. We used the washer and dryer several times. The residents of the complex were very friendly. The pool was always 84.5 degrees. We used the gas grill for some dinners. We rented bikes from bike shop right down the road. We used them to get to the beaches and ice cream shops. We played pickleball in Marco Island and Naples. We will try to return Seaside...

'We had a great time! Completely renovated unit looking out at the water. It's a beautiful area in a great location on Marco Island, the two pools are heated which is nice, the screened in lanai is nice, there are 5-6 great restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the complex. I would highly recommend renting this unit-you will love it!'

'The condo was clean and well appointed, location was fantastic overlooking the water and very peaceful! However, the beds were not very comfortable and the water in the small bathroom shower was barely luke warm. We enjoyed our stay, but didn’t sleep the best and showers were quick!! '

'The condo was so clean & in a very nice area close to restaurants & stores. Good neighborhoods to walk in too. We felt very much at home with all the amenities provided, kitchen, bathrooms fully stocked with supplies, very comfy bed & even nice bath robes! Thanks Olivia for your outstanding hospitality!'

'Furnishings were a little dated. Expected a bit more for the price.Also was a little surprised at the additional fees added on, e.g., Vrbo fee and cleaning fee increased the total amount by 800. These fees were disclosed relatively late in the reservation process.In particular, 50 for an early check in or late check out is a bit much.'

'Had everything we needed. The beach items were a plus! We enjoyed the tiki bar, the balcony, the hot tub….everything! Was a great place to spend a week visiting Marco Island and Naples and the Everglades!'
