LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Our condo has just under gone 100% renovations. Everything is brand new! 2 bedrooms with Kings in each or one is a conversion and can be 2 twins upon your request. Comfortable beds our guests rave about! We supply everything you can think of! Beach towels, beach cooler, beach wagon, umbrellas, umbrella sand screws, beach towels, all linens, full sized oven and cooking supplies to cook a feast, Keurig coffee /drip grind coffee pot with beginning coffee, Huge large screen TV in living room, Tv's in both bedrooms, luggage rack holders and full sized dressers, closets with hangers, ironing board and iron, towel rack to dry beach towels, central ac and central heating for chilly evenings. We have an extremely large flat screen TV, fast WIFI password protected, NO GAMING EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED TO BE HOOKED TO OUR SYTEMS.
This VERY unique location affords you the peace and tranquility of all of Old Naples has to offer yet at a very affordable price. It will take you less than 3 min. to walk to what is the famous Naples Pier to watch the sunsets, go sea shelling, suntanning and swimming.—even fishing!! The quaint vintage Mariner of which this unit is located has a private heated pool and assigned parking. A unique property amidst lovely multi-million dollar homes, and steps to the best dining and shopping....Quaint and perfect. There is a Saturday Market, and the beach just 1 block away...
The condo sits right by the pool so it is easy to run inside and grab a quick drink or bathroom break yet is quiet as can be. Park your car in your reserved parking spot. Starter coffee and all the utensils to fix a beautiful meal if you don’t want to go frequent many of Naples 4+ Star restaurants! Many in walking distance from this condo on 3rd St. South to Tommy Bahamas restaurant and shops.
Bring your sunblock and leave the rest to us! Maid service available at an extra charge.
You just can’t find a better location, tastefully ALL BRAND NEW decorated condo and price! It doesn’t get any better than this!! Beds are SUPER comfortable and we get rave reviews on them! NOTE- there are cameras on the parking lot as well as hallways to all the condos and pool area.

Everything was splendid - beach chairs, appliances, quality sheets and towels. Host very responsive and welcoming and clearly pays attention to details. This was our fifth stay at the Mariner in recent years and this was the best unit we have experienced.

The host was very responsive and helped us with our needs. We enjoyed the location. It was close to the beach. We used the wagon, beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. Everything you would need for a day at the beach. It was very much appreciated and made our two day stay. We walked to coffee shops, farmers market, shops and restaurants. You did not need to move your car. The unit was on the bottom floor which made for an easy in and out. We had four adults in our party and were very comfortable in our space. We hope to return in the future!

The location was absolutely perfect! Super close to the beach, close to 3rd St South and 5th Ave. House was clean and the rooms adequate. The second bedroom is a little tight when put together as a king bed, but totally personal preference. We will definitely be looking at Judy’s place for future stays

Absolutely spotless clean, very comfortable beds, responsive hosts, and the easiest location to everything. The AC was also very efficient and quiet, which made for nice cool sleeping conditions. A couple of cozy blankets for the couch while watching movies a night would have been a nice touch but not a big deal.

Perfect Location-4th of July

Perfect for watching the 4th of July-no parking problems and fabulous Location. Beautifully Redecorated Condo, steps from the Naples Pier Beach. Condo had many small touches that make a stay special. We took our 14 yr old granddaughter there and she had her own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was lovely!! Will recommend to Friends!!

The Mariner

Summer family get away. Great time AGAIN. This place is one of my favorites @ The Mariner! Host is very helpful. Place is beautiful. Beach is right there. Sunset's are breathtaking. We will be back again again and again!

Location location location!

The first floor unit was clean and newly renovated, with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making it perfect for our family of four. We chose this listing because of its location, proximity to the beach and amenities of 3rd St, and dedicated parking spot. The hosts provided everything we needed for beach days,chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and a wagon to transport it all.

Location is Everything

We really enjoyed our short stay here in Naples! The Host took great care of our needs very quickly. The cottage location was superior less than a block to the best and shorter rt walking distance to everything we love.. shopping, restaurants, and fun. Home was cozy but a little tight in the extra BR where our friends stayed . It lacked a dresser for clothes but they made due. The only other shortcoming was no dishwasher and a motion detector light just outside the Master BR that continually came on throughout the night. Pool just outside the door was really convenient as well as beach chairs for our use. Highly reccomend this home for it’s location and host quick replies to requests and onfo!

Great home, great location!

We’ve stayed at several Mariners units, and this one certainly has some of the best features - including a full oven/stovetop for cooking meals in, comfortable beds, nice appliances, a well-planned unit layout, and fresh decor. The unit is directly in front of the pool, which is convenient but can be noisy if you vacation during the elementary school spring break season as we do ;-) Overall, this location has been great for vacationing in Naples over the years - a quick walk to restaurants and the beach (without having to pay for parking), and just the right amount of space for my family of three.

Perfect location!

So close to everything yet so quiet and peaceful! Couldn’t be a better location. Loved the pool, the fast internet and the fact that this place is not crowded. I could always grab a secluded seat at the pool - no matter what time of day!
