Flats in Rose Eiland

'The staff was nice when we got there. During our stay we did have to look for staff to help us as one woman seemed to be running the cafe and the hotel. The room was over crowded with beds. There were unpatched holes in the walls in the room and bathroom. There was dirt and hair behind the toilet. There was not the proper remote for the tv and the curtain was falling off the wall. It was a lack of attention to detail. It was not worth the money. '

'When we arrived they didnt have the room we reserved ready and they put us in a different room. The showers are disgusting and need to be replaced. The employees were friendly especially Clyde, the greeter/concierge. Something I ate at the restaurant made me violently ill the first day. '

'Looks abandoned, no tiki bar or restaurant as adverised place is run down . Some structures falling apart. rooms are really outdated. Furniture inside the room is worn looks really old. I ended up paying a hundred dollars to switch my flight to the same day and then not stay spend the night.'

'Do not stay at this hotel stinky dirty old poor housekeeping, water leak, no ice, no water bottle refill station, no hot water, slider door doesn't work, noisy ac, toilet broke, poor communication, had to ask daily for shampoo, toilwels etc.'

'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...
