'Dennis was a great host, even before I decided to book. He answered all my questions, and responded very quickly to every inquiry. Once booked he was very accommodating, as my family had specific needs. He provided us with information on Golf Cart rentals, etc. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything my family needed. The views from the balcony are breathtaking… beautiful sunsets & peaceful outdoor space! The neighborhood is warm & inviting. Beautiful Island (one of our favorites)...

'The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...

'This was a last minute trip for us and it was wonderful. The property owners were very responsive and helpful from the first point of contact and throughout. They helped to connect us with a trusted taxi driver to take us from Marsh Harbor airport to the ferry to Great Guana Cay, made great/helpful recommendations and checked in to see that everything was going well. 'The property is spacious and clean. The location is great. You can walk everywhere in Paradise Island. Cabbage Beach is gorgeous and a short and easy walk from this apartment. If you are looking for a quiet and affordable place to stay on PI, this is it!'

'We enjoyed our time during our spring break from school. Property worked perfect for our family of 3. Enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. We made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and there were multiple places within walking distance for eating dinners out. For airport pickup and transportation to the condo, we used the recommended driver Monique who was phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating. She took us to grocery and liquor stores on the way to the condo and we arranged a ride...

'The kitchen wasn't as well appointed as it could have been. I brought my own sharp knives and was glad I did. There is no broiler pan, no sheet pan and the 2 left hand burners on the stove don't work. The beach was lovely. The location is good and the unit was nice. Plenty of towels. The laundry tokens cost $2 each, not $1.60 as told.'

'Elvira’s condo is perfect for a trip to the Bahamas! It is very spacious, quiet at night, very clean and comfortable, and the grounds are excellent. The private beach is awesome with virtually no other people, and the swimming there is awesome. Be sure to grab a bite at the Pink Octopus on-site restaurant. 'Beautiful property with great pool area and small beach access. Location was perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to Bahamar in one direction and grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks in the other direction. Felt very safe with 24-hour security that can help arrange taxis. All contact with property manager was quick and very helpful.'

She answered all questions we had, provided great recommendations (including airport transportation) and checked in on us during our stay.
