'We had a group of 8, and had plenty of room in our 3 bedroom rental. We loved having the kitchen setup, balcony and pool right outside our door. We also loved having the view of the beautiful boats in the harbor. We would definitely stay at Harborside again, the employees were all so helpful and pleasant. It was extremely easy to access the rest of Atlantis, and we enjoyed the entire property immensely.'

Compared to the great interactions with all the service people at the resort, the group working at the Harborside check in and reception area were not as nice, lacked basic information about transportation, resort facilities and seemed “put off” when asking them questions'

'We had a wonderful stay in a 3 bedroom villa. We actually had two 3 bedroom units and they accommodated us by putting them right next door. In addition we requested water view and the view was excellent. We did have a problem with a couple of appliances but the staff quickly rectified the problem. The waterpark was good but it is getting a little run down. There were areas that were permanently closed. I would recommend they provide towels by the beach.
