'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '

'The room was outdated. There was a constant towel shortage. The heated pool wasn’t heated. The “pool bar” never opened in 6 days. The gym wasn’t open. The breakfast had many options to choose from but the hot food wasn’t hot. The location was good but on a very busy road. If there are other options for a similar price, stay there!'

'Money got stolen from my safe! Overal room was kinda outdated, the bathtub was plugged. There was litteraly 2 nice people from all the staff, the lady at front desk atleast gave me 100 dollar discount for the inconveniance. Overal the crimes in Bahamas are very high , i felt unsafe unfortunally. '

'Super clean and comfortable, host is prompt, shuttle service to air port a huge plus. Only downside is lack of food service -/ extensive snack array and beverages available in room. Perfect spot if you have Nassau layover.'

'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...

'Flew from out of country and went to check in where we were told the room we booked 4 months in advance was unavailable. At 9pm with two young children that had travelled all day…. Talked to the desk lady then the shift supervisor for about an hour with no luck on a resolution so we gave up. The Room we were given had none of the items we paid significantly extra for. No ocean view. No balcony. Basically ground floor facing a maintenance alley in the lower end tower. Then had to spend an...
