« This home has an excellent location right on the beach and near the amusement park and other attractions. However, I'm not sure I'd rate this a 5-star property. The house is average and kitchen appliances are very old. The toaster doesn't work. There are bugs (especially ants) everywhere. The bathrooms are old/dated. Additionally, the posting says this sleeps 11. It sleeps 9 at best. We were a group of 10 (6 children, 4 adults), and we barely made it work. There's no way 11 adults would be able...

« This condo fit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 9 adults in NYC to do all the sights and experiences we could in a week. We found this condo clean, nicely finished, roomy, with a large kitchen stocked well and bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. It is about a 15 minute walk to subway in a very safe neighborhood. Grocery store also about 15 minute walk. Bus stop is within a couple blocks of condo. Ying responded promptly to our questions and we had an excellent stay here. Highly...
