'Definitely a motel type property '

'The room was in poor condition. There was writing on the walls, toothpicks stuck into them, and visible holes in the bedding. The toilet was leaking from the top, and the paint throughout the room was chipped and unclean, giving the space an overall unsanitary feel. I also had concerns about whether the linens had been properly cleaned. At check-in, I was informed that no non-smoking rooms were available and was told I could leave if that didn’t work for me, which left me with no choice but to...

'The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through...

'The hotel is cute, close to NRG and lots of food options. I did not care for the policy of cleaning rooms only every third day. If you needed towels you had to ask daily at the front desk. Since no one cleaned the room people put dirty towels in halls, that is very unsanitary and an eyesore. Also we only had two people in our room if you had more I can not imagine what the trash would look like after three days. '
