The Neighborhood:

This home in Macgregor Terrace subdivision in Harris County Texas, close to Texas Medical Center and the Univeristy of Houston. Retail stores, restaurants, and grocery stores are plentiful around the area. On the entertainment aisle, the NRG Stadium and Arena offers concerts, rodeos, sports games, and it is just found a few minutes away!



Getting Around:

It's just a 13-minute drive to the Houston Zoo, located within Hermann Park. The Hermann Park Golf Course is a quick 10-minute drive away, and the NRG Stadium (Home of the Houston Texans) is just 20 minutes by car.

-HOT TUB OUT OF SERVICE-



Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.



- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.



- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.



- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.





-HOT TUB OUT OF SERVICE-

Please note that the hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.



As this is an outdoor hot tub, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the hot tub is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.



The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.



- Landscaping: Is done once a week.



- Security Cameras:

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.



- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs.



- Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
