'Het ontbijt was prima, niet uitgebreid maar voldoende om te eten. Het restaurant had niet veel keus om te eten maar ook dat was prima.
Hotelkamer schoon en netjes.
En het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Wat ik fijn vond was dat het metrostation en de bushaltes aan de overkant van het hotel waren. '

'Never again , felt so unsafe , listing said it was 0.3 to emirates but actually 7.7 miles from the emirates , doors not safe , wardrobe all leaning against side wall , bed held up with 3x2 and creaky has hell , there was a fan that when i turned it on it fell apart and cover started going round as well as the fan blade , dodgey lamp , neighbours arguing ,ppl walking in and walking round late ,, gangs outside staring when we arrived , then to top it off we both been bitten by something ,, all il...

'The property is clean and obviously fairly new. That being said, the area is fairly run down and it’s on a very noisy main road. The blinds in the bedroom were insufficient regards managing daylight levels and so the room was very bright, very early. Curtains over the blinds would be ideal.
And whilst it has TV it doesn’t have any terrestrial channels but rather just streaming services (so I had to do a Prime video/itv x free trial just to watch the World Cup football).

'Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...

'No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous!
The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

'We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen in dit hotel. De locatie is ook prima. Op 5 minuten lopen van de metro (Jubilee Line), dus je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum.
Tegenover het hotel is een supermarkt en naast het hotel een pizzeria.
De kamers zijn schoon en comfortabel.
Het (gratis) ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en wordt goed aangevuld.
We zijn erg tevreden over ons verblijf!'
