'We had an ok time at this Westin - I've loved other locations . We had issues with cleaning service and the room we were given. Also, they seem to have less staff because they are closing for renovations. It definitely impacted our stay.'

'I wish we could have stayed longer. Love that we were able to do laundry, although I do wish the water slide was open. My grandchildren would have loved it. We got a villa/suite facing the water park/pool area so my elderly mother could take pictures. 4 generations, what a blessing.'

'Very nice resort, well maintained and clean. Workout room is nice. Pools very nice, hot tub was decent but could be a little hotter, thus the name hot tub, instead it was a warm tub. My only complaint is for the price we paid they need to have a free breakfast and a microwave in the room not down the hall by the ice machine. Will likely return again.'

'The beds are uncomfortable and housekeeping is supposed to come every other day but we stayed 4 nights and never had our room cleaned. Check in was a challenge as it was showing an amount due though we prepaid through Expedia. The clerk had to “do some math”. She was sweet and this wasn’t on her at all. Would not stay here again.'
