Flats in Highway 30A

'Nothing beats the location of this property! Plus, the host (Tom) was incredibly communicative. Overall great stay in 30A.'

'The condo was clean and perfect for our stay.'

'This was such a cute place for a quick weekend trip for my daughter and I. The room was super clean and perfect for two people. Hosts were very quick with responding. So many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The tram was easy to use for getting to the beach. I will say if you are using your own beach chairs and umbrella get to the beach super early or you will not get a spot. Gates open at 6am! If renting chairs you might want to call ahead or there is a chance you’ll be in the...

'Everything was as expected! Great place! The only thing I which we could change - to stay a bit longer on check out day then till 10am as our flight was afternoon.'

'It was a great experience'

'We really enjoyed our stay. Great view of the ocean. There were 4 dolphins swimming directly in front of the condo on the morning we left. We would definitely stay here again!'

'We loved enjoying our coffee with a view of the ocean from the balcony each morning!! Wonderful, comfortable king bed. Great communication with host! Beach access was an easy walk just across the street. Condo was in perfect location to lots of bars and great restaurants. Looking to return ASAP!'

'Room was clean and very close to everything 30A has to offer. We had a wonderful time and can’t recommend it enough!'

'We really enjoyed our stay here. We have a 2 and 4 year old and brought grandparents. These apartments are built really well and are very quiet. We really appreciated this one because it’s an end unit on the top floor. The amenities are great. We grilled burgers while the kids played in the pool. We walked to the beach everyday. We were...

'I was having system issues and the host Kate was very helpful and flexible. We had a very nice stay.'

'Great company to rent from!'

'Great stay!'

'The property is in a great spot with easy access to the beach, shops and food. The AC was amazing and a welcome gift after being out in the heat and humidity. The bed was very comfortable and the linen very soft. Communication with Ray was easy and quick . I very much enjoyed my stay.'

'The property was very clean and as advertised. The location was great and loved sitting on the balcony, listening to the live music next door(it did shut off by 10:00 each night). Highly recommend this property.'

'This is such a wonderful home with a great layout. Loved it!'
