  • Seamist is een privégebouw met 12 appartementen en een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan, zowel vanuit de unit als vanaf het balkon op de eerste verdieping. De trap naar het ongerepte witte zand en het kristalheldere water van de Emerald Coast liggen op slechts een paar meter van de patio. Seamist ligt direct tussen Seaside Beach & Watercolor Resort en Alys & Rosemary Beach.


    Seamist op Scenic Highway 30A biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot mooie wandel- en fietspaden langs de kust; diepzeeduiken en andere oceaanactiviteiten in jachthavens in zowel Panama City Beach als Destin; winkelen en browsen door kunstgalerijen en boetieks in Seaside, Watercolor en de omliggende strandgemeenschappen; golfen op bekroonde cursussen zoals Camp Creek, Shark's Tooth, Origins en Santa Rosa Beach Golf & Beach Club; buitengewoon dineren vanaf het strand op blote voeten tot gerechten van wereldklasse; en uniek lokaal entertainment dat niet te weerstaan is, zoals boerenmarkten, gratis openlucht repertoire theater elke avond en vele live bands en muzikanten.     Dit appartement is een prachtige slaapkamer (met kingsize bed) / een badkamer met twee extra stapelbedden en een nieuwe slaapbank in de LR met uitzicht op de oceaan voor maximaal 6 personen. Unit 10 is fris, schoon en zeer gastvrij na vorig jaar volledig gerenoveerd te zijn. De gloednieuwe keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle servies en apparatuur die u nodig heeft. Er is plaats voor 8 personen tussen de bar en de eettafel. Ook inbegrepen: wifi, full-sized / gestapeld w / d, 2 grillen gebieden op een klein, mooi groen gazon voor de kinderen om op te spelen terwijl de zon begint te ondergaan.

Perfect stay

Truly a relaxing stay. Easy check in, everything working (Wi-Fi, tv) with little effort. Plenty of parking, lovely small complex…will return next year!

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a small family and close to the beach. The surrounding area was nice and quaint. Loved riding bikes and relaxing on the beach.

Enjoyable.

Had a great experience at the property. Access to the beach is easy and the view from inside the residence is great. Communication was good and we were able to check in a little early. Spent most of our time on the beach but there were several things to do within a reasonable drive time.

Perfect beach vacation spot

Enjoyed are stay in the condo. Everything was perfect for us two. Appreciated having such easy access to the beach and surrounding state parks! Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

My daughter and I stayed here for a short 2 nights in March. The condo was perfect for us and the view was outstanding! We loved being able to walk down to the beach from our patio. They thought of everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

Awesome birthday beach trip

We stayed at the floor condo at Seamist for a joint birthday celebration and it is did it not disappoint. Steps away from water and what a view! Condo is super clean, cute, and bed very comfortable. It was a very quiet and peaceful. Sometimes we were only ones on beach. Lovely condo and area.

Perfect Location

The views from the unit are amazing, steps away from the beach. The condo was clean, extremely comfortable for the two of us. Both the beds and pillows are very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Jessica was there for us if we needed anything, and helped with one small issue we had. Thank you

Great vacay!

This rental was great! Being on the first floor made trekking up and down from the beach so easy! The house was well stocked, clean, and the beds were comfy!! Beach was private, which was great but people would walk down from the public beach looking for space. Recommend putting your chairs down when you wake up! Lots of great memories made!

Beautiful location

The condo looked like the pictures. The location is wonderful! The shower curtain eas moldy, but the owners were quick to respond to resolve that issue. We also noticed several dlats were missing off of the blinds, which wasn't a big deal to us. The last day, when we went to use the dishwasher for the 1st time, there were dirty dishes left from whoever was there before. We didn't notify because we were leaving, we just started it up. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We loved the balcony, outdoor shower, and decor. The kids loved the giant dolphin and sea turtle pillows on the bunk beds. We would definitely stay again!

We had an incredible stay at Seaturtle, a beautiful first-floor condo right on the beach. Upon entering, we were greeted by a stunning view of the Gulf. The condo was bright, spacious, and perfectly decorated with a beachy theme. The living area was spacious, while the kitchen had new appliances and everything we needed. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable, and while we didn’t need the two built-in bunk beds in the hallway, they were adorable and perfect for families with young children.A thoughtful gift bag filled with toiletries added a lovely touch. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the entire unit and patio. The covered patio was ideal for relaxing in the shade, and the perfect spot for enjoying the beautiful water view and surroundings. Just steps from the back porch, we were able to walk down to the most beautiful sugar-sand beach. It was very private, with very few people around. The charcoal BBQ was just steps from the back door, adding further convenience.Communication with the owners was super easy . We did not have any issues. The owners were wonderful and provided great information. Their website included excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. We highly recommend this wonderful condo, Seaturtle. If you’re seeking a beautiful, uncrowded beach experience combined with a cozy and welcoming home, this is the perfect choice! Our four-day stay was far too short, and we will definitely return.

Amazing view but…

We enjoyed the view and location of the property. I had to report black mold in the dishwasher, sand pile on the porch, abroken screen-door and missing blind pieces. I was asked to clean the mold with bleach myself. We had to rearrange blind pieces ourselves since it was viewing everything from outside at night.

Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing property directly on the beach. Waking up and enjoying coffee and a book on the patio was one of my favorite parts. Everything we needed was available and Jessica was a fabulous communicator. Will be booking again as soon as dates come out for school breaks. Lovely vacation.

Great Stay

The good: Perfect spot on the beach, the steps down to the beach straight off of the patio are a rare thing, owner was communicative and helpful, bikeable to all of 30A, comfy a/c, easy access to place, good parking. Drawbacks: Not walkable to many places (but bikeable), patio sliding door needs better locking method (won't go into detail in case this review is made public). Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.

Always amazing

So we stayed in one of these last year on second floor, nice and beautiful but this one on the ground level was fantastic! Beds all super comfy and everything we needed!
