'Beautiful place but checking long line so took long time our room not ready after 16.00 it was ready . Because of a problem we did not had water from 8.00 untill 12.00 in the room the first morning. It was misty outside seems to be common this time of the year we should have checked that ourself. Our neighbor slammed the door so not super lucky with them. 'Positives: good beds, helpful staff, clean rooms, nice lobby with a bar and plenty of space to do some work or relax. Location is great, its just a 5 min walk from Powell Station and Union Square. Negatives: small/cramped bathroom, single elevator that can take quite long to get a hold off and the rooms are a bit noisy, but thats purely dependent on your co-guests, so not a major throw-off in my opinion.
