Cottages in Greenville - Spartanburg

'While this home looks cute at first glance, it is absolutely not the 'Luxury' property advertised. Upon our Saturday evening arrival, the cleanliness was unacceptable: the living room rug was filthy, the kitchen butcher block had black mold, the freezer had old spills, and corners were full of hair and cobwebs. The shower was covered in pink slime, the patio furniture was too dirty to use, and backyard weeds were taller than me. Worst of all, every single pillow and mattress was heavily stained....

'Being at the entrance to Fall on Reedy park was so convenient. We were able to walk all over downtown Greenville. And after all the walking it was so nice having the townhouse so close by. It was a top end rental for sure. Very nice kitchen even though we never cooked(too many good restaurants within walking distance. Nice dining area and very comfortable living area with a huge sectional sofa. Huge bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Very comfortable bed. Lots of closet space. Washer and dryer in...

'I want to give them a 10 out of 10 but the neighbors were so noisy! The neighbors stayed up partying until around midnight Saturday and Sunday. They were outside with loud music and screaming at each other. The house is the cutest place! The hosts were magnificent- we didn’t have hot water and it was fixed within the hour. I’d recommend it but just be aware if it’s a holiday weekend - the neighbors are very loud. '

'Cute tiny home that feels like a small motel room but not in a motel. Nice house like feeling inside, but could have benefited from a “spring cleaning”. Unfortunately, the wifi and tv connection didn’t work more than 5mins at a time during our stay. The location is near other older properties but we felt safe in the neighborhood and it was super quiet overnight. Close driving distance to downtown Hendersonville. '

'This is one of the best properties we've ever stayed in, and I wish it was for longer! Quaint, private, quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and just so cute! We relaxed in the hammock, danced to records, and left feeling refreshed. 10/10 would recommend!'

'Great place for a romantic getaway. Convenient to town and hiking. Beautiful place and we even saw a white squirrel near the awesome outdoor shower. The host has taken time to get the details perfect from the lighting to the tub.'
