'We were utterly charmed and pleased with our stay at the Sacandaga Lake House, and loved every minute we were there. We skied at Lapland Nordic Ski Center every day, a 30 minute easy drive north up Rt. 30, and looked forward to our return to the house to enjoy the amazing hot tub and great fireplace. 'The house was clean and kitchen well stocked. The area down by the lake was great. We went swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding right off the dock. '

The whole place was so amazing that I hesitated to write this review because there might be a run on the place and we won’t be able to rent it when we need it. 'The listing was just as described. Very clean throughout and was pet friendly. We brought a cat and dog and the owner was very accommodating to our needs. We didn't really need anything, the place was well equipped for cooking even had some spices which was beyond what you would expect. We would recommend this place to everyone.!!!!!!!!'
