'Staff were great but the hotel had mold all around the tub and baseboards and beds ware not comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and for the price I would not recommend it. We also stayed at a log cabin with mountain view for a week and the cost for 3 nights at this place was more then the cabin for a week...'

'Geweldig leuk hotel in het midden van het centrum. Ondanks dat toch heel stil. Goed ontbijt met homemade cake. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Echt een ouderwetse inn met alles van hout en open haard. Ook een zwembad. Naast het hotel ligt de kabelbaan en er zijn diverse restaurants, eetgelegenheden in de buurt van het hotel .'

'Had two crazy idiots running down the hall at 2 am and knocking loudly on doors. I notified the front desk and front desk guy came up to investigate. Also don't get a room close to the elevators heard the elevator music thru out the night.'

'Check in went great! The rooms were clean but smelled. I had to douse it with febreze. The carpets need a bad shampoo. The toilet was clogged. I called to the front desk and Nona told me to come get a plunger that she does not plunge toilets. It was about 6pm and said maintenance was gone for the day. She said she couldn't move me rooms because they were full. I did enjoy the balcony and the bears walking down the creek. The food was horrible for breakfast. For the price it was decent. But if I...

'Arrival was met with uninterested clerk..flat, mumbled etc. Follow up staff good, polite and helpful. Pool understocked with towels and pool was dirty first day. Second day pool was excellent! We had an unfortunate opportunity to have to have staff call police on unruly neighbor and the door connecting the room had been tampered with. We moved the table to block entry of unwelcome guest...put a do not disturb sign even prior? Breakfast was fend for yourself but fair..patience required .Finally...

'The room was very outdated and had a strong musty odor upon walking in the room. It was extremely outdated and the blinds were broken and there was not enough lighting in the room. It felt like an old dark cave. We tried to get a different room but they were sold out, when the maintenance man came to our room, it felt like he was trying to convince us to keep the blinds broken. We said we needed some natural light in the room because the dim light from the lamps was terrible. The bathroom had...

'Outdated and not very clean however the location was perfect! Also they try and sell you a tour when you first arrive which was annoying. Just trying to check in not listen to a whole selling pitch!'

'Latch on door broken. Sink drained really slow. Toilet seat sliding off'

'Original room was very tiny with no window that you could see out of. Second room was better but very basic and outdated. The view from the second room was good.'

'It was not the cleanest, stains and small holes on the curtains, the bedding was not clean, hairs and debris on the sheets, our room was out of handsoap as well. Very small, and if you get a room facing the street it is very loud. It was a convenient location to be able to walk easily to places.'

'Personeel niet echt klant vriendelijk We hadden standaard kamer geboekt en kregen een kamer voor invalide met bij behorende douche, was niet fijn! Bij uitchecken geen reden! We waren er maar 1 nacht dus interesseerde het ze vast niet '
