Flats in Gasparilla Island

'When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. 'Clean property, easy access. Good kitchen supplies. It was nice to be staying on the island and close to the beach.'

'More communication up front around check-in and expectations. The location was nice to the town and on the water. The shower would leave a puddle every time and it took a towel to clean it up for each shower.'

'Property managers were very helpful to work with and will still stay again despite a hiccup. '

'Clean. Stacy was great. '

'Property was very nice and clean and store were very close by it was a pleasure staying there . Looking forward to doing it again'

'Very clean. Relaxing quiet location.'

'Despite external issues outside the control of the owners the property was lovely and nicely located for using the beach. There could have been more beach towels and only two of the beach chairs provided were usable. However any issues we had were resolved very quickly and we would definitely stay there again'

'Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!'

'This condo was great for the two of us. It would be nice if they used less chemical cleaning agents on the towels and when they clean. We had to air it out when we got there .'

'Perfect place to stay! Enjoy the sunrise on the bayside dock and watch the sun go down on the beach in the afternoon.'

'Nice clean condo with a great location!'
