« Pour ce prix, difficile de trouver mieux à Bruxelles. C'est raisonnablement propre et fonctionnel, les salles de bain et WC sont sur les paliers mais ça va de pair avec les tarifs. Confronté à un léger souci de porte, j'ai pu constater la très grande réactivité en cas de problème. Je recommande. »

« Excellent, ça s'est très bien passé. La chambre est très propre les serviettes ont tout les jours été changés, salle de bain au top, le lit confortable et le coin cuisine fonctionnel. »

« We enjoyed our stay very much in this elegant and roomy apartment! It had every amenity and was located close to museums and shops in a safe neighborhood. Public bikes and scooters are right out the front door, too. We rode scooters to the Magritte Museum and historic sites. »

« Bel appartement d’une propreté exemplaire. Accueil personnalisé des propriétaires Mary et Litfi. Belles attentions de leur part (vin, fruits, pain, fromage, lait, yogourt, biscuits, etc.). C’est vraiment comme séjourner chez nos proches. Appartement près du bus, mais également accès à pied aux principales attractions ainsi qu’aux commerces locaux (épiceries, boulangerie, etc.). Merci pour votre hospitalité! »

« Decently-sized flat in a good location close to the European institutions, public transport and restaurants. The flat is well furnished and comfortable but the windows face towards a busy street close to an intersection and don't protect from the noise of the street. I had trouble sleeping in the morning because of the noise. »

L'appartement est bien équipé et très confortable, au calme et à environ 20-25min à pied du centre ville sinon bien desservi par les transports en commun. Nous recommandons ++ ce beau loft ! »

« Away from the center and no local eateries but we compensated by Ubering into the center and grabbing coffee and pastries for breakfast from the station supermarket. »

« Yann's apartment is located in a friendly, charming, and quiet area. It's possible to take public transportation very quickly from there or to walk around 20 minutes to reach the city's historical center. The apartment itself is splendid: modern, nicely decorated with all the needed comfort and a wonderful view of the roof of Bruxelles. The only thing that we missed was an elevator to spare our tired legs from the 97 steps of the stair ;) »

« Overall the experiece was good, and the on site contact was very responsive. There were a few things that made us question how often the caretaker goes by:- the sink in the washroom with the toilet was leaking- there was garbage in the garbage can under the sink- the water in one of the sinks in the ensuite was not completely on - only hot would work (my husband turned it on)- wifi was down - looked like it needed a login of sorts that we did not get (we did get a heads up, and this wasn't a...
