The Price includes:

- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.

Casale del Podestà is a historical residence immersed in the countryside of Marche region, located in Fratta Rosa, a little town on top of a hill, in one of the most beautiful panoramic spot of the whole province of Pesaro and Urbino. The property is very spacious and luminous, particularly pleasant for its simplicity and elegance. Internally, it shows the typical touch of a colonic house, with a typical design from the early 1900s. Wooden beams ceilings, Cotto pavements in the living area and parquet in the sleeping areas, make the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The tranquillity of the location makes of Casale del Podestà an ideal place for those willing to live a relaxing and private vacation.

Interior:
Casale del Podestà is built on two floors. On the ground floor from the main entrance, you can access the living room with a fireplace. Next to the living room, there is another room, provided with a football table, from which you can reach the dining room, connected to the kitchen. On the same floor, there is a triple bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a guest bathroom. The first floor is reachable through an internal staircase. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and one with both shower and tub, and two more double bedrooms both serviced by a next-door bathroom with shower. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
Casale del Podestà has a big not fenced garden, mostly on flat ground, with a view on the surrounding hills. The vegetation is characterized by olive trees, mulberry trees, and vineyards. A lovely gazebo right in front of the property, provided with wood oven and barbecue will let you enjoy al fresco dinners surrounded by the beautiful panorama. The garden is also provided with a sitting area from where is possible to see the pool which is surrounded by vineyards. Two swings and a football table are at disposal of the little ones.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October and is located only a few meters from the villa’s porch. The rectangular-shaped pool is on a lower level concerning the property and it is reachable by making 12 steps. The access to water is through roman stairs. The pool measures 12 x 6 m and it has a constant depth of 1,4 m. The internal part of the pool has a PVC covering and also a lighting system. The pool border is instead made of stones. The pool has a salt purification system. The solarium area is partly paved with stones, while another part consists of a grass portion. The Solarium area has sunbeds and sun umbrella and it is also provided with an external hot shower.
