The social heart of the home, the entry level presents an open layout perfect for entertaining. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, complete with top-notch touches like a double oven and beverage fridge. Two living areas are ideal for aperitifs. Dine together in the scenic sunroom, then kick back in the plush primary suite, where a deep soaking tub beckons for evening relaxation.



Sip morning coffee on the expansive, ocean-view front porch. Host happy hour on the back deck, where a private hot tub boasts an unobstructed view of marshland sunsets. Fire up the gas grill for a leisurely cookout, then gather around the firepit to watch the stars come out.



The top floor is configured with a second suite, two guest bedrooms, and a guest bath. Extra perks include central AC, a washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi. The home is also detailed with a sound system with indoor/outdoor speakers.

75th Birthday, 50th Birthday, and Graduation Celebration

My family and I chose Folly Beach near Charleston to celebrate my 75th Birthday, my daughters 50 birthday and my granddaughters high school graduation. The property was wonderful and the views were breathtaking. We had family portraits taken on the property and on the beach. The little town of Folly Beach was near and reminded me of Key West. Charleston was only a few miles and ideal for a horse drawn carriage tour and shopping on King Street. The restaurants in Charleston and Folly Beach were fun and the food delicious. I would definitely rent this property again

Folly Beach ladies weekend

We had a wonderful weekend!! The house was beautiful and served our needs well. There were a few things that the owner may want to address for future guests however. The front door lock did not work properly. The lights flickered as if there is a short somewhere, and there were no spotlights that we could find in the back of the house which make the stairs very dangerous and difficult to navigate. Also, one of the smoke detectors upstairs needs replacing.

Awesome Vacation

Beautiful home with a great location. We had an unobstructed view of the ocean in the front and marshlands in the back. Home was very comfortable and had many value adds. We had a couple minor inconveniences that were eventually resolved early in our stay, but one still remains. I have repeatedly requested a breakdown of fees (which were more than the daily cost of the home) and was told each time where to find them but they are not there. I can't believe they couldn't just send them to me without having to jump through hoops and still not finding them. Not good, Vacasa.thecharges.

Just What We Needed!

Although the floors were not cleaned upon arrival, we still had a great vacation with family and friends. It was very relaxing and in a perfect location with only having to cross the street to be on the beach. Folly is a fun time!

An Extraordinary Home & Location…

Nestled in Palm Trees and fragrant Jasmine is an extraordinary home with breathtaking ocean views … pelicans, and laughing gulls, pods of dolphins surfacing the ocean waves… the owners of this home have met every desire a renter could have… state of the art appliances, comfortable beds, genres of books lining bookcases, puzzles, games , excellent WiFi service, if any guests have to work remotely…beautiful decor, fully stocked kitchen for anyone who dabbles in the culinary arts and pet friendly!!! There are not enough words to describe the joy we experienced staying in this extraordinary home!!!

Wonderful Stay
