The room was comfortable and nicely designed, and the surrounding area is full of character and within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions. While it wasn’t completely quiet at times, the overall experience was very pleasant. A great place to stay in Florence.'

'Perfecte locatie, mooi gebouw en heel sfeervolle kamers. Alles ziet er nog nieuw uit, mooie inrichting. Personeel aan receptie heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goed ontbijt, alleen bereiding van glutenvrij brood duurt erg lang. Tip voor het hotel is om een apart glutenvrije broodrooster aan te schaffen om dit probleem op te lossen.'

'Home away from home at Xmas — We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lungarno. The balcony overlooking the Arno was so special. We felt so pampered after the American breakfast every morning; gave us a great start to a full day in Florence. Special shoutout to Martha and Anxhelo (Angelo) at breakfast, Vincenzo at Picteau Bar, Ilaria at reception, and Mirco at the front door. The staff took hospitality to the next level. '
