'We were at the property for two nights. When we got our room it didn’t appear that the a/c was working very well. I turned it down as we like a cold room as we sleep. I could tell it wasn’t getting any cooler but it was late at night so we stayed in the room until morning. When we got up I went down to the front desk and explained the situation.
